2. What this website is for
This is my professional portfolio. It shows web design and development work I have done and explains how to hire me. Nothing is sold or contracted on this website itself.
Most of my work is contracted through Upwork, and those contracts are governed by Upwork’s own terms. If you write to me by email instead, any work we agree on will be set out in a separate written agreement.
3. Using this website
You may browse this website freely. By using it you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to damage or overload it, and not to copy or reuse its content beyond what the law allows.
4. Intellectual property
The design of this website, its code, its texts and its original graphics are mine and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or transform them without my written permission, except for private use or as the law permits.
5. Client work shown here
The projects in this portfolio are shown to illustrate work I carried out, either directly for the client or, where stated, at Cloudari, the agency I work with. The websites, names, logos, texts and images of those clients belong to their respective owners and appear here only as a sample of that work.

The reviews on this website are reproduced word for word from my public Upwork profile, where they were left by the clients named there. They are identified the same way Upwork identifies them.

This website links to third-party websites such as Upwork and the live sites of some clients. I do not control those websites and am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

I work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, and the website available, but I cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content.
